For a fee of $15.00 USD plus taxes per person-per week, guests have full access to the Paradise Village tm “Beach Club”, Sports Complex/Spa and discounts on golf at El Tigre. Though all these places are only 10 minute walk from this vacation rental property, you have the option of the free shuttle service when you do not wish to walk. The Nuevo Vallarta beach is over 5 kms of white soft sand, enjoy long walks & explore the beach clubs & beach restaurants along the way.Or boogie boarding & swim in the gentle surf.
Grocery shopping is easy, with Paradise Village Shopping Plaza just across the lane way from this amazing Nuevo Vallarta condo. Banking, clothing, souvenirs, medical centre are all an easy stroll for you. With the many restaurants in the area from fast food to fine dining, you are sure to enjoy your culinary experience. Spending the evenings at home, you will be very comfortable, as the furniture was recently updated the living room has a large flat screen TV, vcr/dvd & video library. The kitchen has every modern convenience so, home cooking is fun and easy. The master bedroom has a king size bed with on-suite bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom has 2 double beds with full bathroom down the hall, both bedrooms have cable TV service. Internet is available in my condo & poolside, landline phone, washer & dryer, air conditioning & ceiling fans plus parking if required. All of this is included in this home vacation rental.
The Paradise Village Marina & Yacht Club are just steps away, allowing easy access & pick up for fishing trips, & many of the Vallarta Adventure tours. Take the water taxi to downtown Puerto Vallarta for an exciting day trip enjoy the views from the ocean. Hop on a city bus, it is fast, cheap & convenient with buses running from the Paradise Village shopping centre regularly. Head north towards Bucerias or south to down town Puerto Vallarta to enjoy shopping, restaurants, night-life or stroll the Malecon. Want to enjoy an hour of free fun, hop on the Shuttle Bus tour of Nuevo Vallarta, this little train shuttle service runs several times a day and doing a route of all of Nuevo Vallarta.
