You must be a US citizen or have a green card to be able to live in Point Roberts, WA. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor. The kitchen is well appointed with all beautiful high end appliances. The double car garage is sure to keep your car safe and leave lots of extra storage room. The upstairs has a large bedroom, bathroom and area for an office and storage.
Located across the street from the ocean, we have private beach access. On low tide this is a beautiful sandy beach. On high tide the shore line is small stones. Point Roberts is a unique town, it is located in the US – only accessible from land by traveling through Canada. It is possible to come to Point Roberts by boat from either Canada or other ports of call with in the US. The large Point Roberts Marina is able to dock almost any size of boat, sail or power. You can also clean customs and immigration at the while docked.
There is a large grocery store and several small convenience stores in Point Roberts. We also have several first class restaurants. Can find it in Point Roberts, don’t worry, being just across the border from Tsawwassen & Ladner, BC you have large shopping centers and most everything you could need for daily living or long term care.
